- Within City (Local Shipping):
For orders within the city, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of PKR 250. This rate covers our standard shipping service, designed to get your order to you quickly and reliably. - Out of City (Nationwide Shipping):
For orders shipped outside of our primary city, we charge a flat rate of PKR 300. This rate ensures dependable service to various regions across the country.
- Estimated Delivery Times
We strive to deliver your order as promptly as possible. Below are our estimated delivery times:
- Within City: Orders are generally delivered within 2-3 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on location and accessibility.
- Out of City: For orders outside the city, estimated delivery time is also 2-3 business days. Please note that delivery to remote or rural areas may require additional time.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays by the courier service.
- Order Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders received after 5:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a notification email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
- Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our delivery partners, who will handle the final delivery to your address.
- Order Tracking
- Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your shipment’s status. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your order from dispatch to delivery.

- Undeliverable Packages

- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner may reattempt delivery or return the package to our facility. For undelivered packages, additional shipping charges may apply.
